For nearly two decades, the Harry Potter novels have inspired students to crave a learning environment like Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Educational technology, coupled with a student-centered and project-based learning, allow a modern school to inspire our students just as completely as the world of Harry Potter.

favorites John Coleman, Montgomery Public Schools

Mark Coleman is an award winning educator as well as educational technology presenter and lecturer. He has presented at Technology Conferences around the Southeast, as well as developing content and workshops for the state of Alabama. In 2011, Mr. Coleman was awarded the Chiquita Marbury Award by the Alabama State Department of Education, naming him the most technologically innovative high school educator in the state. He is a Google Certified Teacher and a 2014 PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovator. Currently Mr. Coleman is finishing his Ph. D. in Instructional Leadership with a focus on Educational Technology.
