In Denver Public Schools we have been working on ways to incorporate more choice, transparency, and reflection into our PD structures and we would love to hear more about how you have been doing this too. Are you connecting your teachers together in online and face to face communities? Are you using video as a tool for reflective practice? Are you empowering teachers and leaders to own their growth through personalized plans or other structures? Let's share, discuss, ask questions, and come together as a community to support one another in this exciting work!
