Presenter menu

You can manage all aspects of your ISTE 2015 presentation from your presenter menu. Log in regularly to check for updates as well as:

  • Update your contact information, photo and bio
  • View and edit your proposal
  • Look up your presentation day, time and room
  • Sign your participation agreement form
  • Upload your handouts or research paper
  • View and communicate with participants (academies, BYODs, special events, and workshops)
  • Review your presentation evaluations
  • Review the workshop cancellation and honoraria policy on the participation agreement

Presentation listings

The following proposal information will be published on the conference website and mobile app. Please log in to your presenter menu and make sure it is complete.

  • Presenter names, affiliations, photos and bios*
  • Title and description
  • Focus, topic, subject area and grade level
  • Audience skill level and prerequisites
  • ISTE and Common Core standards addressed
  • Participant device prerequisites
  • Proposal summary

*Co-presenters who want to appear on the presentation listings must log in and upload photos and bios to their own presenter records.


Check the equipment section of your presenter menu to find out what equipment is provided for each session format. You'll receive details about your room set, equipment and connectivity as the conference draws closer.

  • Computers: You are responsible for bringing your own presentation computer.
  • Whiteboards: If you requested a whiteboard for your presentation, we will notify you if your request can be accommodated. Priority will go to presentations in which whiteboard technology is the primary topic or integral to session delivery.
  • Videoconferencing: If you requested a H.323 videoconferencing system, we'll contact you regarding connectivity information for your remote site.


All adult presenters must register to attend the conference. All presenters will receive the super early bird discount on any one-day student, retired educator or full conference registration. If you do not register by May 1, your presentation may be subject to cancellation. Exceptions include:

  • Remote interactive videoconference presenters
  • Preconference workshop presenters not attending the conference

Student Presenters
Student presenters 18 years and younger are not required to register and must pick up a complimentary badge onsite at the student presenter check-in counter. The badge will allow full access to the conference and Expo Hall*. Student presenters will receive a special commemorative conference gift in lieu of a registration bag.

* Students younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the Expo Hall.


Housing is not included in the conference registration process. Rooms fill up quickly, so make your reservation as early as possible.
