Lead & Transform: An ISTE Town Hall

The intersection of leadership, learning and digital age tools is key to supporting student empowerment in today’s schools. How can you best engage stakeholders to support a digital age vision for your students and communities?

At this year’s Lead & Transform Town Hall, Superintendents, chief technology officers, chief information officers, principals and other education leaders will:

  • Hear directly from a panel of students attending a local digital age high school.
  • Engage with a panel of school system leaders on leadership strategies.
  • Participate in a Town Hall Q&A with progressive leaders.

The Lead & Transform Town Hall is scheduled for Sunday, June 26 from 8:30–10:30 a.m. and is complimentary with ISTE conference registration.

ISTE Town Hall Speaker Highlights:

Don Haddad Ed.D., Superintendent of Schools at St. Vrain Valley School District in Longmont, Colorado, and NASS’s 2013 National Superintendent of the Year, will present an informative and inspirational keynote.

Leadership panelists will include:

  • Philip Hickman, Ph.D., Superintendent of Columbus Municipal School District in Columbus, Mississippi.
  • Steven D. Schultz, Superintendent of Mesa County Valley School District 51 in Grand Junction, Colorado.
  • Regina Renaldi, assistant Superintendent of priority programs and Area 3 for St. Vrain Valley Schools in Longmont, Colorado.
