iTools for Educators

Join us for a full-day experience in designing curriculum materials using the Apple ecosystem of tools. Bring along your own content and re-create your instructional materials for use on iPads. Learn to use iTunesU, iBooks and a collection of apps and tools while experiencing workflow dynamics and user interface design under the guidance of Apple Distinguished Educators. Choose from the elementary, secondary or higher education strands, and leave with a solid start to a redeveloped curriculum. Novice to advanced iPad developers are invited.

Learn how to create course outlines in Pages, design presentations in Keynote, create and edit audio messaging in GarageBand, and combine all of your new ingredients through app smashing.

Make an interactive book

Get hands-on with book design and interactive elements, then use what you’ve learned to build a short iBook!
