This session will showcase classroom hacks utilizing Microsoft's Office 365 suite that will help educators and administrators gain back their time, give effective feedback and focus more on their students’ learning. Participants will learn how to utilize 365 in their classrooms to make the most of their time.

Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

Participants will be introduced to tips and shortcuts to implement and utilize the Microsoft 365 Suite in their classrooms in order to make the most of their time:
- Specifically, Learning Tools & Immersive Reader, OneNote Class Notebook, Forms, Sway and Teams

Participants will have access to digital examples and resources to use and modify for their own individual needs via Teams.

Teams will provide an ongoing resource for collaboration and communication for participants to be a part of and engage in discussion and support one another as they take these resources back to their districts, students, and colleagues.


- Introductions and Objectives (Padlet, 5 minutes)
- 365 Overview (5 minutes)
- OneNote Class Notebook tips & tricks including Immersive Reader and Learning Tools (10 -12 minutes)
- Forms tips & tricks (participants build own Form, 10-12 minutes)
- Sway tips & tricks (participants apply to own Sway, 10-12 minutes)
- Teams tips & tricks (participants join Teams, will house digital resources, continuous access to community for discussion and questions, 10 minutes)
- Questions and closing
