Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

Participants will know how our students have continued working in improving their technology skills to include augmented reality features to their books and the school on line platform. Participants will be shown how students are publishing new self-made ebooks and how are they taking advantage of "Aurasma" to become not only authors, but narrators of their stories. As last year they will explain how this program has a positive impact in the whole school.

Outline

We want to share the academic growth of our students, how far they have gone in achieving their goal: sharing their knowledge with their peers. We want to show the improvements made on the school platform and how the school community responded to creativity and enthusiasm of our students. We want to share this experience with educators and students from all over the world, with those interested in hearing from these kids they met last year and to new people.
We want to show how Augmented Reality can engage students in learning and improve reading skills.
