Explore the critical components leaders need to the transition to personalized learning with a focus on vision, culture and empowering students. Dive into how technology can support this transition while ensuring that the needs of all students are being met. Participants will learn readily applicable strategies to use immediately.

* explore the key elements needed to transition to personalized digital learning
* examine their own school and identify areas for improvement
* identify key next steps in their personal pathway through the transition

Outline

Warm Up: Group Introductions & Review the session objectives and agenda (10 min)
Activity: Where are you in the transition to Personalized & Digital Learning? Participants create a continuum for each area of the digital age learning chart allowing those who are just beginning can ask questions of others who are further along. (20 min)
Present: Framework for Implementing School Change (15 min)
Discuss, reflect & share out: (5 min)
Activity: Affinity Protocol with table groups examining the research (10 min)
Reflect on the research via table talk & share out (5 min)
Participants share additional strategies that they use in their school (10 min)
Activity: (10 min) Starting a Movement
Reflections & Wrap Up Participants will use the Stop Light Protocol to identify areas for personal growth (5 min)
