This hands-on session incorporates drawing, music, and video to bring student expression to traditionally text and writing-heavy classes. See how Apple Distinguished Educators are using the Everyone Can Create curriculum and iPad to increase student engagement and achievement.

Session Passes
Seating is limited for ADE Sessions. Free passes will be available each day for same-day sessions. Demand can be high and we encourage you to pick up passes early each day. To accommodate attendees arriving from remote hotel locations, we will begin distribution of session passes at 7:00 am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Purpose & objective

In this session, Apple Distinguished Educators share how students from primary to secondary use new features in Pages and Apple Pencil on iPad to express themselves through writing, drawing and more. From memoirs to reports, student voice and ideas come to life through the creative process of authoring a book.
