People's Choice winner. Choice boards are a mainstay in the classroom. They give students “choice and voice” in demonstrating learning. Choice Boards in the MakerSpace is a natural application. My MakerSpace Choice Boards will include activities with both high tech and no tech tools. Attendees will also be able to edit the boards.

Proposal summary

Outline

Content will be choice boards for many of the makerspace activities. I will discuss with attendees how the boards work and possible ways they can be personalized for their school. They can take with them either a paper copy or link to the boards.
Time will be flexible, since the poster session is an informal setting. Will have some maker products at session so attendees can final results.
