Hosted by Microsoft. Join this session to learn how you can teach coding to your students in the immersive world of Minecraft with Code Builder. We’ll dive into computer science curriculum and provide you with an interactive tutorial experience to support your learning.

Mary Elizabeth Pearson,

Mary Elizabeth is in her 24th year in education. She has taught at the elementary, middle, high school and university levels in Washington State and abroad. These experiences have given Mary Elizabeth a unique perspective on change initiatives within the educational setting. She holds a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and an Administration Credential from John Hopkins. She is a MIE Expert and Minecraft Global Mentor. She is currently living in Merida, Mexico with her family where she consults with the Madison International School on instructional technology practices and is a Professional Learning Specialist for the Northwest Council for Computer Education.
