Rachel Siegel

Rachel Siegel is an educator who creates joyful moments, meaningful connections and intentional learning experiences in communities large and small. As a licensed school counselor, K-12, she worked for 11 years as a student advocate and director of counseling in secondary schools in Northeast Ohio and La Paz, Bolivia. Siegel is an experienced human-centered designer who is currently managing school redesign efforts through Lakeland Community College's Chapter of The Teachers Guild x School Retool. She also co-leads design and innovation projects at Lakeland. Siegel regularly collaborates with The Teachers Guild x School Retool community to co-create and lead equity-centered professional learning for educators.
