Learn how to leverage technology and transform student's learning through the use of centers and 1:1 computing environments. Discover how the use of learning centers can promote student thinking and deepen understanding. Authentic examples of student products from various grade levels that are ISTE standards aligned will be shared.

The purpose of this poster session is to share the success of developing and creating a learning center framework using technology

Participants outcome:
Participants will learn a proven learning center framework can yield student growth
Participants will learn the key structure of a learning center
Participants will learn how to align center work to curriculum (relevant to their district priorities)
Participants will learn how to make students accountable for their own work
Participants will learn the effects of how providing student choice and voice empowers them as learners
Participants will learn how to create learning opportunities to explain their thinking
Participants will learn how students can use technology to make their thinking visible
Participants will learn how to incorporate the ISTE standards in centers
