Seniors are required to do an exit interview that includes panels consisting of admin, teachers, and parents. Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

The purpose of my poster session is to show educators an alternative to paper rubric feedback that gives educators the opportunity to vary their feedback for exit interviews. Educators will learn how to use Flipgrid and quickly show others how to use the program and give different types of feedback for students with social-emotional issues.
