Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

Teachers will walk away with tools, resources, ideas, and motivation to excel in their craft and build the culture and community they want in their classroom. We address specific skills such as building rapport, connecting with the community, treating everyone with respect, utilizing technology to enhance and differentiate, and many more. The presentation is a combination of practical examples and stories to relate and show the benefits and struggles of being an educator. I also give the teachers a template for an engaging daily lesson, and they'll get chances to see the results if teachers implement the strategies.
