Participants will know and be able to replicate the professional learning model and systems used for our schools in SFUSD and with the CUE San Francisco non-profit organization. As a result of their participation, they will learn the steps needed to implement the same professional learning model in their district and schools or organization. We will share our model and systems so that participants will walk away with the ability to easily replicate this very successful model that employs personalized and differentiated learning for educators. They will also learn how we were able to facilitate truly effective cross-site collaboration among our educators by brining together teachers from all three schools to one campus for an Unconference three times in the school year. In addition, we are also now going to include a section on how to host an engaging, interactive, and effective Virtual Online Unconference in this new world of distance learning.
