Participants will learn about apps, tips and tools to support all areas of personal well-being through exercise, healthy eating, stress management, time management, identifying and reducing anxiety, improving mindfulness and promoting sleep. Focus will be on tools that are free to educators. A Google form will empower participants to share their favorite personal self-care tools and all participants will have access to the shared spreadsheet of resources that sort by category.

Experience a 90 second "Calming Anger" meditation together
Listen to a Sleep Story snippet from Calm
Do a 3-minute energizer from Calm Body
Experience 3 grounding routines for educators and students
