Caitlin focuses on the intersection of technology and wellbeing. She teaches at Stanford University. In September of 2020 she released Designing Wonder: Leading Transformative Experiences in VR. She co-authored the XR Collaboration Global Resource Guide, unveiled at AWE 2020. Caitlin runs numerous collaborative experiences in social XR, fusing presence, mindfulness, curiosity & storytelling. After two decades of classroom teaching and leadership, she authored Mindful By Design (Corwin Press, 2019) helping individuals and teams navigate complexity and change, prioritizing wellbeing, design and imagination. Donna is currently facilitating the CoSN Early Career K-12 CTO Academy and has been a CTO and EdTech leader since 1982. She has been quoted in national publications such as District Administration, EdSurge, EdTech, Tech & Learning, edScoop, Education Week, Forbes, and eSchool News. Accomplishments include Executive Committee and CoSN Board, recipient of the National ISTE Making It Happen Award, Sally Moore Award, National Withrow CTO Award Honorable Mention, EdTech Digest’s Trend Setter Award, and Marbury Technology Innovation Award and 2016 ISTE Distinguished District Award. Donna has presented at ALET, AETC, CoSN, AASBO, SSA, ACTE, SXSW, iNACOL, and ISTE.
