Barbara Holzapfel, VP, Microsoft Education, is passionate about empowering every one of the more than 1.5 billion students on the planet to gain the future-ready skills they will need to achieve their goals and become productive global citizens. Since joining MS Education in 2017, she’s championed understanding the needs of students and educators, and her team has produced thought leadership such as the Class of 2030 and life-ready learning, Emotion & Cognition in the Age of AI, The Staff of 2030: Future ready teaching, and most recently, Education Reimagined, which presents information and data to help schools and systems learn from the recent disruptions and reimagine education for the future.
