Starting in Chicago Public Schools, Atyani helped transform Camino Nuevo Charter Academy into an award-winning network of P-12 schools in Los Angeles. A Vice President of Academics at TNTP, and now, Chief Program Officer at New Teacher Center, Atyani is applying her theory of change: by developing high quality instructional cultures, we can disrupt inequity and transform systems, schools, and classrooms across the country.
