Learn how to create customized videos to augment your classroom that can make your content more accessible and engaging to all learners. Videos will be created using free tools available to everyone. Participants will walk away with a product along with skills to create video content beyond the session.

Participant accounts, software and other materials: | To participate in the PowerPoint video creating process, participants should have an Office 365 account and download the PowerPoint app to use. To participate in the Flipgrid video creating process, participants should have a Flipgrid account. A working microphone (internal or external) needs to be on the device participants use for creating videos. |

As a result of participation, attendees will get a brief overview of effective video creation strategies for providing customized educational videos. They'll have the opportunity to create their own personalized video using screencasting tools found on devices, in PowerPoint, and with Flipgrid.
Welcome & Introduction (5 minutes)

Quick tip whole group: How to create a screen recording on a mobile device (10 minutes)
Overview of PowerPoint video creating features with teacher examples (10 minutes)
Overview of Flipgrid video creating features with teacher examples (10 minutes)
Separate into 2 groups to create video based on participant choice (PowerPoint/Flipgrid) (30 minutes)
Participants share their final video products/links to showcase in a OneNote which also contains resources to support this session (5 minutes)
Provide peer feedback on shared videos (10 minutes)
Wrap-up and questions (5 minutes)
