Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

It is based on research and creation of digital content such as Storytelling were the food groups, a balanced diet and the benefits of a good diet are represented creatively when preventing and/or facing diseases, taking advantage of the advantages of these digital resources such as:

It helps to establish connections between the contents and to organize the information.
Promotes a host of values to work on in the classroom.
It encourages critical thinking from the reflections of the stories.
Develop social skills like active listening and empathy.
It allows children to pay more attention and obtain a higher level of concentration.
It creates a bond between the teacher and the students, facilitating more fluid communication and more two-way interaction.
It favors a relaxed and participative work climate.
Stimulates the creativity and imagination of students.

The project will be presented using an application called Co-spaces where it allows the creation of experience within a virtual world where a story based on storytelling is developed through characters that will have situations with characters, based on food and disease prevention.

There will be a fun demonstration of how to eat healthily.
