This talk about Designing Wonder brings together ideas about how to create immersive learning experiences that have emotional resonance and impact.
The problem:
People need to focus on the "how" that's beyond the "what" of immersive experience. There are resources out there about tools, and a growing need for more human-centered experience design that includes and emphasizes elements of social-emotional connection and imagination.
Talking about everything from The VR Hero’s Journey to Maslow Before Bloom, as well as introducing a new methodology for how to design meaningful experiences in VR, filled with wonder, this session is about experience design and more, reaching everyone from training leaders to educators and those who organize social groups in VR.
If you’re passionate about new forms of collaboration, as well as new opportunities in spatial immersive tech, this talk is designed with you in mind.
This hour will cover an outline of the following, with audience engagement and participation:
0-5 minutes – Framing the session with learning targets and overall agenda
