Patty Petrey Dees is the Director of Education at Booth Western Art Museum. With over 28 years of non-profit museum education experience, Dees recently established the Booth Museum's Distance Learning Studio delivering synchronous K-12 content to a national audience. Prior to her position at the Booth, Dees served as Education Director and then Distance Learning Director at the Center for Puppetry Arts for nearly twenty years. Dees founded one of the first arts-based videoconferencing programs in the nation, receiving over 20 industry state, national and international awards. Dees is the co-chair of Georgia Museum Educators.
