Coaching cycles have been proven to help provide focused and personalized support for teacher growth. In this session, dive into a coaching cycle specifically designed for edtech coaches and the research that supports it. This cycle is easy to implement and flexible to fit the needs of every teacher the coach works with. Walk away with ideas for how to find interested teachers, templates that support the various steps in the coaching cycle and connections with other coaches who are considering or are implementing coaching cycles already.
