Participants will know and be able to:
1. Create a logo for library/librarian marketing and branding using Canva.
2. Design templates to integrate student or teacher images into promoting library programs.
3. Start planning for next school year's library program with new ideas and resources. .
1 minute - Introduction & Sharing Resources via Chat (Attendees will be asked to share in Chat ideas and resources that used to promote their own libraries in person and virtually)
4 minutes on reasons for advocating and marketing the school library
12 minutes - Share and model new templates created in Canva for a library logo, student posters, and animated social media posts.
3 minutes - Q & A and brainstorming ideas after the session on a Wakelet.
