Joanne Seale is a veteran high school ELA teacher for Hauppauge Union Free School District in Long Island. She teaches inclusion classes, AP Literature, and IB Language and Literature. Seale served as the IB Extended Essay coordinator for over 10 years, and has incorporated educational technology tools into her classroom throughout her 19-year career. She’s a Google Certified Level 1 & 2 Educator, Wakelet Ambassador, EdPuzzle Coach and Screencastify Genius. Seale is a frequent presenter on innovative ways to approach research and writing instruction.
