She has over 30 years of educational experience within teaching and administration in K-12 and higher education. She delivered keynote speeches at numerous conferences across the nation as an expert in leadership development, dropout prevention, early warning, student engagement, and data analysis. Dr. Ayres is dedicated to improving student outcomes through transformative technologies and innovative approaches to learning.
