We will physically stretch, engage in yoga poses, breathe and engage in activity that can improve our emotional wellbeing, productivity and peace of mind. We will dive deeper into self-care stretches and relaxation.

Tanya Chapman Griffin is a Licensed Prevention Professional who promotes a holistic wellness approach to coping with trauma and traumatic experiences. For over 20 years, she has passionately educated youth of all ages and adults in the areas of prevention education and SEL. Tanya enjoys teaching others about mindfulness, self-care, and other healthy coping skills to remain resilient. Additionally, Tanya is a certified Zumba Fitness and WERQ Fitness Instructor and she is the founder and owner of Curvy Girl Dance and Fitness.
