She loves infusing technology into her classes and is a frequent conference presenter at events nationwide, including ISTE Live, FETC, SLATE, TEAC, MACUL and WMEA. For several years, Houchin volunteered with ISTE'S Art and Technology PLN and served in many capacities, including president.
