Kristin Harrington is a virtual learning coordinator for the Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources System (FDLRS), an author and an adjunct professor who is passionate about helping students and educators become life-long learners. Her book, Adventures in Authentic Learning: 21 Step By Step Projects from an Ed Tech Coach was published by ISTE in 2020 and serves as a project-based learning guide for edtech coaches and educators. In her role as a virtual learning coordinator for the FDLRS state discretionary project, she supports educators, parents and instructional trainers across the state, helping them provide a high-quality education to students with disabilities. Harrington is also an adjunct professor for Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She holds a master's in educational technology and instructional design from the University of Florida, and has nine years of ed tech coaching experience, with 16 years total experience as an educator. She is also the recipient of the 2020 ISTE Edtech Coaches PLN Award, and is the 2022 ISTE Making IT Happen Award winner for FCITL, Florida's ISTE affiliate.
