Session description

Looking for a way to streamline your announcements in your school community with more student input and less teacher direction? We will demonstrate how we created a student-led class where fourth-grade students created 1-minute documentaries to enhance their daily video announcements.

Purpose & objective

Purpose: This session will outline the process of creating student-led morning video announcements. Participants will learn strategies to implement this structure either in their classroom as one-minute documentaries or in a school-wide morning announcement initiative.
