Session description

Assessments typically rely on exams and quizzes to measure student learning. However, alternative assessments offer a more comprehensive view of a student's abilities and skills. Learn how to increase student engagement and make the alternative assessment process effective by breaking up the video-making process!

Purpose & objective

Purpose: This session shows how teachers can provide alternative ways for students to demonstrate competency and reflect on their learning using technology.
