Presenters

Session description
Purpose & objective
The workshop will demonstrate the versatility of PowerPoint as a tool beyond traditional presentations. Participants will learn how PowerPoint can be harnessed for collaborative activities, stand-alone reviews, and presentations with scaffolding, enriching their teaching toolkit. They will use their own devices to practice making each of these activities.
Outline
For each activity, an example will be shown followed by step-by-step instructions.
On their own devices, participants will create collaborative, drop-and-drag activities, stand-alone presentations, and scaffolding activities.
Each example will take less than ten minutes to demonstrate. The actual creation of these activities can be done in 45 minutes, but could also be extended with personalized help if there is time.
