As a Consultant, I work with organizations/individuals to organize coding workshops, develop curricula, and provide opportunities to broaden participation in STEM. I have supported and continue to support the STEM efforts of various organizations including the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory where I worked as the coordinator of the inaugural director's apprenticeship program, the National Science Foundation, and the Computer Science Teachers Association among others. Session description

Students will present their web-portfolio with projects they created in online programming class showcasing their passion and interests. This session will give you ideas for integrating coding and Tech into various subjects using your student's passion as a gateway to Text-based programming.

Purpose & objective

The purpose of this session is to empower students to become proficient web developers by providing them with a foundational codebase. Student will show how through diverse projects, they applied text-based programming to create unique web applications, fostering creativity and enhancing their coding skills

Participants will be able to join in on the student's creative process and understand how and why the students choose their projects.
They will also gain insight into the challenges they faced and how they overcome those challenges.
