Dr. Jesús G. Rodríguez is an exceptional educational leader transforming student achievement. He has excelled as a classroom teacher, principal, higher education executive, and district superintendent across urban and rural school systems. Currently the Deputy Superintendent for Aurora Public Schools, Dr. Rodríguez provides invaluable instructional expertise and oversees several critical functions of the organization. Beyond education, he is an avid runner recently setting a personal marathon record, exemplifying his dedication to growth.

Ambar is a community-oriented education leader and advocate committed to delivering strong student outcomes in Colorado. As Executive Director at Teach for America Colorado, she brings 18 years of experience working with Denver students and families. A proud bilingual Latina, Ambar is dedicated to promoting educational equity and access to high-quality education. She focuses on increasing student achievement through high-quality instruction and enhancing teacher effectiveness. Previously, Ambar was a Partner at RootED Denver and worked at Denver Public Schools for almost a decade, leading community-driven change and implementing self-sufficiency programs across the city.
