Session description
The goal is to present to teachers who haven't completely tapped into the superpower of AI and coding. We learn about prompting for code without being a coder, a new way of thinking about the teacher as experienced creative designer for the classroom, and going small instead of big to cost effective TinyML and the easy Micro:bit based tools for teachers and students. A slide deck will dedicate each slide to a technique and embedded end to end video, topics include prompting code to embed in Google Sites, creating a custom script that interacts with Google Docs, Sheets, two live demos will use audience participation and after briefly focussing on explaining machine learning, pivoting to Micro:bit as a constrained computer for students so teachers see the magnitude of what is possible to go smaller and touch upon downloadable and private small efficient Neural Networks and LLMs.
