Dr. Laura Hess has worked in the field of special education for over twenty years. She began as a special education teacher and then moved into District Level Special Education Administration. Dr. Hess obtained her PhD in Special Education from Concordia University Chicago in 2022 and is a passionate advocate for students with disabilities within the public school system. When not working, Laura enjoys enjoying the Colorado mountains and being with her family.

Bryan Krause is a K-12 Education Strategist for CDW Education. He works with school districts across the western US in the implementation of strategic technology initiatives. He is a former teacher, coach, and district administrator with over 32 years of experience in Colorado .He has held roles such as Area Assistant Superintendent, Executive Director of Student Services, Director of Student Services, and CTE Director. He was principal of a school that suffered a school shooting and has shared his experience and learnings with multiple school districts and organizations nationally for over 17 years.
