Session description
Join us for a photowalk through the streets of San Antonio, where history and charm come together. From the iconic Alamo to hidden local gems, we’ll explore the city's most photogenic spots, capturing them through a lens. We'll seize photo opportunities while connecting with fellow participants from around the globe.
This tour will be meeting in the West Lobby of the Henry B. González Convention Center at 8:30am.
Outline
We have provided a photowalk for the past several ISTE's and we generally go for about 1.5-2 hours.
We begin with introductions, then take a group picture, and depending upon the size of the group, we divide into smaller groups.
We have various stops on the way based on the city, landscape and architecture. We generally stop 8-10 times and talk about techniques, encourage participants to try new features and support each other. The conversation, shared interest in photography and the city we are visiting is always so much fun and interesting. We not only learn about photography, apps and websites, but we have such a good time learning with each other. With participants from all over the world, it is impossible not to have a great experience.
