Outline

Introduction to Podcasting for Professional Development (10 minutes)

Content: Brief overview of how podcasts are used for professional growth. Introduce the live podcast format, which may focus on ISTE standards or incorporating tech into schools.
Engagement: Poll or discuss experience with podcasts with the audience.
Process: Encourage audience participation by asking what they hope to learn from podcasting.
Live Podcast Recording: Topic Discussion (ISTE Standards/Incorporating Tech) (20 minutes)

Process: Alfonso and Kelly will field questions and share best practices.
Reflection and Planning (15 minutes)

Content: Attendees will reflect on what they’ve learned and plan how to apply it in their professional growth.
Engagement: Pair up participants to share ideas on how they might use podcasting in their own schools.
Process: Small group discussions and collaboration to solidify plans.
