Session description

This session will focus on how Utah has built a robust coaching system that relies on specific competencies to define the role of leaders, teachers, and students. Through this work, specific content pedagogy competency has been identified in two specific areas - secondary math and science. Learn how to define coaching!

A. Science Coaching Competencies - explained and explored

A. Development of these MCs and the corresponding learning paths
B. Endorsements that recognize these microcredentials - increased value add for coaches
