Introduction to collaborative transformation in teacher preparation:
Overview of how research on technology infusion perspectives can drive program improvement and the role of the EPP Alliance in fostering innovation across institutions. Research-informed conversations using Q-Sort statements:

- Interactive polling to identify which competencies represent collective strengths and gaps across
programs

- Rotation 1: Deep-dive discussions at topic-specific tables where participants share how their programs address selected competencies and exchange strategies

- Rotation 2: Solution-focused conversations to develop actionable items that address identified gaps in technology integration
