Presentation of key points from the Lighthouse Program, emphasizing the program's goals, benefits for schools and educators, the application process and how the program evolved from year 1 to year 2 based on the work and feedback of our participating schools.
Presentation overview of the FCPS AI Pilot Framework focusing on its goals, phases, and implementation supports. We will give an overview of the human centered design process and model elements of our school based kickoff activities that helped to inspire ideas for change and improvement. Included in this will be the use of the Transformational Learning Principles as inspiration before heading into the ideation phase of the human centered design process. Participants will collaborate and brainstorm bad ideas only and reflect on how that exercise can help to illuminate new ideas and thinking.
