In this leadership strategy session, led by 2011 ASCD OYEA honoree and award-winning, long-time female high school principal, attendees will discuss and describe situations and solutions to help women not just survive but thrive as female leaders.
Outline
This will be an engaging experience with multimedia, peer interaction, personal reflection, and inspiration.
5 min-Discussion of famous women leaders and their philosophies.
10 min-Strategies the presenters have used to that have been successful in a variety of settings.
10 min-Participants share their experiences with others at their tables.
