Seven Effective Uses of AI for Any Educator
,
HBGCC - 008AB
Session description
Outline
The presentation will begin with participants taking a brief, humorous poll about their experience and initial reactions to AI.
Participants will then join a web-based workshop section where they will explore seven AI use cases based on their chosen subject area (e.g., English, math, science, world studies). The facilitator will guide them through these steps, and they will be able to continue their journey in the workshop after the session concludes.
Participants will share their reactions and have the opportunity to ask questions after each of the seven use cases.
They will also learn several ways to effectively manage academic integrity while having students use AI in their classrooms.
We will conclude with a gallery walk of ideas and/or future uses.
