Session description
Collaborate to increase clarity and identify commonalities between personal vision and shared vision. Discover research-based strategies for influencing teams and fostering ownership of the shared vision among staff members by engaging in reflective activities, group discussions, and practical exercises to develop actionable steps toward building a unified school community.
Outline
5 min- Norming on participation equity among the groups and approaching the process with open-mindedness
10 min- Research a shared vision and the impact on a team to create synergy
15 min.- Crafting personal visions and sharing out with the table
15 min.- Identifying commonalities and overlapping themes
15min. - Co-authoring the shared vision using the similar traits from the personal vision
15 min- Reflect on how a unified shared vision will be used at the campus or district to positively bolster climate and culture
15 min- Show exemplars from the previous campus and district success and answer questions.
