Outline
15 minutes:
Begin the session with introductions and an overview of key strategies for building inclusive, high-functioning teams.
Engage the audience with an online activity where they respond to questions about their successes, challenges, and effective communication strategies used in creating high-functioning teams.
40 minutes: The panelists will address a series of questions related to the topic. The facilitator will guide this discussion using both pre-prepared questions and those submitted by the audience.
