Session description
Outline
1. Opening (5 minutes): Dynamic opening with an interactive poll using audience smartphones: "What's your biggest educational technology challenge?", followed by a brief introduction of panelists and their diverse geographical/professional backgrounds.
2. Success stories segment (30 minutes): 4 case studies (7.5 minutes each) from international schools and large educational systems.
3. Lessons learned & solutions (15 minutes): initial expectations vs. reality, challenges and their root causes, corrections and lessons learned; discussion among panelists.
4. Q&A and Closing (10 minutes): Up to 2 questions from the audience; quick-fire round with each panelist's top tip (opportunity to share a report with audience); closing remarks from moderator highlighting lessons learned, pre-implementation checklist, risk assessment tools and success metrics guide.
