AI is transforming instructional coaching and offering teachers the opportunity to develop their own skills on their own schedules like never before! AI-empowered coaches offer personalized support and design microcourses faster, allowing them more time to personally connect with their teachers and deeply understand their needs. AI-empowered teachers benefit from on-demand individualized insights and continuous growth opportunities, far exceeding the capacity of traditional PD models. Outline
I will use a blend of free images from Canva and some actual photographs to tell micro-stories about AI use in instructional coaching, and how I have helped teachers use AI for themselves as an on-demand coach. I'm linking a PechaKucha I've created in the "Additional Details" field, and I envision this Ignite Talk to be a more concise version of this.
