AERDF Awardee: Discover how just 45 minutes a week can transform early literacy outcomes. Magpie Literacy is a K–5 solution grounded in the science of reading. Through videos, games and assessment, Magpie delivers measurable gains with minimal lift. Join us! OUTCOMES: In our most recent QED study with a large Texas district, Magpie showed a moderate to large average effect size. Practically speaking, if students in the comparison group had used Magpie, the percentage reaching or exceeding the benchmark would have doubled.
